- AI-generated plans are limited to one 4-week workout plan and one 4-week nutrition plan per calendar month for standard users.
- Administrators have unlimited plan generation and may manage user accounts as needed for platform operation.

- All content, branding, and materials on LiveLongLabs are the property of LiveLongLabs or its licensors.
